Ecosystem usage agreements for Pifecta digital assets and subscription tunnels.
1. Agreement to Terms
By connecting your Keycloak OIDC identity to Pifecta.store and acquiring specialized blueprints, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These parameters govern all platform compute containers, block storages, and OIDC roles generated via payment gateways.
2. Ecosystem Identity
Your buyer account is tied directly to the `pifecta-network` Keycloak realm. You are solely responsible for maintaining token confidentiality, securing your authorization cookies, and auditing logged Checkpoint IP credentials. The platform will immediately suspend compute containers if suspicious impersonation spikes or brute-force pings are recorded.
3. Blueprint Licensing & Expirations
Acquired products are mapped inside the local database ledger as personal cryptographic licenses. Permanent licenses grant infinite downloads of signed JSON packages, whereas time-bomb subscriptions expire dynamically in accordance with product duration limits. Compromised licenses must be regenerated instantly using the "Nuke" vault controller.
4. Refund Nuke Protocol
Platform billing operates under a zero-PCI scope using Stripe Checkout. In the event of subscription termination, transaction cancellation, or chargebacks, the **Refund Nuke Protocol** triggers immediately. This detonates the license key, suspends compute nodes, and strips OIDC group flags from the buyer's SSO account instantly.
5. Operational Telemetries
Pifecta monitors active assets via automated n8n workflow bridges and server monitoring integrations to secure 100% platform uptime. Users agree to let network scanners audit their active staging containers for suspicious velocity anomalies.
